When you submit a lead form on our website, Google, Facebook, Instagram, or another advertising platform expressing interest in a Workout Anytime membership, free tour, fitness assessment, or local offer, you may receive text messages from the applicable Workout Anytime location only if you separately agree to receive text/SMS messages.

Our website lead forms contain separate consent checkboxes. The general contact checkbox is for phone or email follow-up about your specific request. The optional text/SMS consent checkbox is separate and is labeled as text/SMS consent.
By checking the separate optional text/SMS consent checkbox and submitting your phone number, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from the applicable Workout Anytime location about your tour request, appointment reminders, membership options, and promotional offers at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can submit the lead form without agreeing to receive text messages.
Submitting a lead form, agreeing to general contact, calling us, or emailing us does not by itself opt you into recurring automated text messages. Text/SMS consent must be collected separately.
